Terms and Conditions

 

Porsche Owners Western Australia (POWA) is an independent Porsche Club that is solely focused on our members having fun and enjoying all things Porsche.

The club has a diverse membership from all walks of life. We abhor politics, complexity and judgemental behaviour.

The following behaviours will not be tolerated by the club and may result in the expulsion of the club:

• Racism

• Sexism

• Sexual Harassment

• Abuse - Verbal or Physical

• Intolerance of a person’s religion, gender identity or sexual orientation

• Behaving in a way that disturbs the enjoyment of the event/discussion for other people

• Any other actions deemed to be intentionally hurtful, harmful, threatening, inappropriate or detrimental to the club.

• Bullying

We aim to enforce the right for all POWA members to enjoy their car club in an environment that is safe and without risks of judgement, intolerance, violence, aggression or other forms of bullying.

Financial Refunds:

The club will endeavour to refund any monies paid by a member for an event, if requested to do so, provided that the club is not left out of pocket.

Membership fees are not refundable.

Transaction fees are not refundable.

Transaction Fees:

Transaction fees for purchases made via the club website will be added to the members cart at checkout. Transaction fees are 2.5% (of purchase value) +99 cents per transaction. 

Membership Fees:

Membership fees will be reviews annually based on the operational requirements of the club.

The fees may be incremented annually in line with the state Consumer Price Index (CPI) or as otherwise agreed to at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
